Smart lighting fixes that without changing your fittings. Bearbox maps lights to access zones — when a tenant authenticates at the gate, only the corridors leading to their unit illuminate. Everything else stays dark until someone is actually there. Motion sensors keep the lights on while the tenant works and time out on exit. The energy saving is real, wayfinding becomes obvious on multi-building sites, and the only hardware change is wiring lights to a Bearbox relay or I2C output.
